Bought this for my back and I take it to bed every night. Cabn't sleep without it. A Moist heat after using the microwave, it's really a great product.

The women in my life love this, and I can keep the house temperature cooler as I like it.

First off, I love this color purple. It also smells very nice and has a really good weight to it and the softness of the material makes it feel very cozy.That being said. If you have a small microwave or a low wattage microwave like I do (unfortunately), you'll quickly find that heating this thing up is a massive pain in the butt. Its size makes it difficult to fit into a smaller microwave, and you constantly need to rotate it and check on it so it doesn't get stuck and cause the plate in the microwave to dislodge and make the most ungodly sounds. It takes me probably about 5 minutes to heat it up to a decent point, but because I can't get it as hot as it should get, it cools off quickly which means I must once again do battle with my microwave.If you have a crappy little microwave and don't intend on replacing it soon, I would say pass on this and get an electric version to save yourself the struggle. If you were smarter than me in your microwave choices and have a good one with a decent volume, I would definitely recommend this.
