Import Export: Importing From China Easily and Successfully

This book goes into concepts in a surface level. I was hoping it would show more step by step instructions, but mostly gives you links to help you start off. I also tried to sign up for the sites in the book and was greeted with will get back to you in the future. There were some parts that were useful to me, but the majority of the book was too general for what I was expecting. This may be useful for people starting out, but if you just need nuts and bolts, this isn't the book.

I recommend the book for someone new to importing from China. Covers many good topics and covers questions you should think of before importing products from China.

For me, this book was a complete waste of time.I already live in China, so I know about the environment and culture here. Also, I understand the basic principles of business. This book had good information on both of those aspects.But when it came specifically to importing, I have better information as a beginner than this book presents. This book is a self-glorifying expose of the author, who presents the information as informative but is born from condescension.I would recommend this book to college students who know nothing about China or business. For anyone who is interested in specifics, do not read.

Great tool and source of information for my business partner and I as we have discussed expanding our business into additional realms. We never even considered such an obvious business concept as this, until we stumbled upon it. It provides ground floor practical information needed to get started in this business. I recommend the book to anyone considering this realm of business opportunity.

Good for beginners but not for experienced importers.

Good info, a little redundant in places. Not a lot of secrets or insider info (in my opinion). If you're just beginning to research importing from China, this book will get you started in the right direction.

This book provides the necessary information to get started selling items imported from China. It was well written and easy to follow. Starting a business felt daunting, but after reading, I felt like doing it was possible and I was more excited than scared. I definitely would recommend this book.

No importing from China is easy. Chinese suppliers will cheat and rip you off at every turn. No book can subsitute real trading experience with the Chinese. The Chinese just do not get ethical trading and this book aint going to teach you this fact.

Good for the price but had nothing you can not read online researching.

Great book on importing from China . It's the first book I've ever read on that, it's opened my eyes on importing from china.

Does not contain any information that cannot be found quickly doing a search on google. Bought out of curiosity.

Like the book but content is too short. Need to be more descriptive. Also supplier suggestions required for China & Japan
