EVERYBOT Three-Spin Mopping Robot for Hard Floors with 3 Spinning mops

(Please read entire review for accurate picture of performance.) Honestly, this is a great little machine. Quiet and effective, I really enjoyed the "fire and forget" way of just dropping it in a room and closing the door and it cleaned everything. I used it for spot cleaning where my Shark Mopvac would not go (close to rugs, for example. This machine's sensor was great at avoiding rugs.) It also did a better job of cleaning spots on the floors that the Mopvac could not, because it scrubs with 3 counter-rotating pads. This was actually the third machine I owned. The first stopped charging as well. The second, I think it was human error - when you put the machine down after inactivity, you have to hold the start button down for several seconds, and I sort of missed that. So, this one was the third I have owned, and it was really good for a while, with the battery lasting even longer than advertised. But sure enough, it stopped charging at mid-August after purchasing in May. It shows a charging light, and then gives the tones that mean it is fully charged (the lights on the machine show this as well.) But then when I take it out of the cradle, the lights go off, and no amount of fiddling makes the machine wake up. And when I put it back in the charging cradle, it starts charging from zero again. The fact that I tried three times shows you how much I liked the machine. You could mop your whole house with three mops and two charges (only took a little more than an hour to charge.) Unfortunately, I expect that it should last 2-3 years, which my Sharks have done. Cannot recommend. <Later Edit> After I complained about the above on the company website, the company was very responsive, returning solutions within 24 hours. Those solutions didn't work. They told me to return the machine, but due to their holidays in another country, it would take 3-4 days. Sure enough, 3 days later I got the return postage and was able to send in my old machine, with a new one arriving 2 days after they received the old one. This told me 1) this company cares about their employees, not making them work over their holidays, and 2) they have ethics, because they tried to fix the problem, and when that did not work, they replaced the entire machine at their cost. So, assuming their quality improves, I could recommend this machine for the reasons above. The latest one has had no problem since I got it, and it is cleaning my downstairs as I write this. I would say give it a try, and if you have problems, get on the company website, and let them take care of the problem, not Amazon. Seems a better way to get the value out of the product. Thanks! <Further, later edit> Product still going strong and battery life still allows more than one hour of cleaning despite using about 3x a month constantly. There was an issue above that I forgot to mention with corrosion on the charging contacts, which, when scrubbed off with a wire brush, resulted in charging with no problem. So be aware of this. All in all, due to final product quality, features, and company responsiveness to several complaints, I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars.

EDIT: Dead battery fix - Some people have had charging issues or a dead battery when they go to use it. A quick fix to avoid dead batteries is to unplug the charger from the wall AFTER you hear the confirmation tones that it is charged. If you unplug the charger from the wall, the battery will retain its charge almost indefinitely. Original review- First off, i have to say that customer support from the manufacturer/company was spectacular! I had a minor problem during the purchase (my fault), and reached out to the company and they were immediately responsive and helped me solve my problem. Second, there is an limited number of robot mops available . I researched for about 6 years before i decided to buy. The 3 pad design is unique and is only made by this company. 3 pads vs 2 pads means a 33% increase in cleaning compared to other products. in the same amount of time. Plus, the 3 pad design means it is lower to the floor and fits under cabinet kick panels and chairs making edge/perimeter cleaning successful. The other robot mops are not able to mop along edges. The brain is intelligent and does not bang into obstacles and has many sensors to protect from falling or running over things. the mop pads clean very well. If you have a very dirty floor simply spray your cleaner on the dirty parts of the floor before setting your mop in motion. ( FYI- in an unrelated topic, if you have children or pets, you should only be using "biodegradable neutral PH pet and baby safe", floor cleaner. Your pets walk barefoot and your babies touch the surface. These chemicals leach into the skin and is ingested by pets. a product called "OdoBan" has a no rinse, neural ph, pet friendly, concentrated floor cleaner highly recommended). The mop is very quiet! in fact i had to look multiple times to determine if it was still working because it was so quiet. Remember this is not a vacuum, it is virtually silent. I cleaned a 12x20 tile floor on one battery charge. And the robot was able to edge clean 3 times, and covered the entire floor at least twice. Recharging took about 3 hours. This company builds the 2 pad robot mop for Samsung. That should tell you about the quality, and that it is a good product. I will by one for my sister i am so happy with the product.

This compact mopping robot does the job. No more back aches mopping for me! Pros: 1. Nice design. The box gave me a good impression. There were many stickers about a design award they got in the box and I could feel their pride. However, it is indeed a well designed product. Not too big for the job nor to small. Light enough to carry to position the machine or station. Easy to load water and to empty it. Easy to install different pads. 2. The instructions are well written and the English translation is good. The manual design is clean and easy to read and understand. 3. Very quiet. I don't even notice it's being about. I barely hear the motor. The machine moves around using its sensor to change the direction without hitting the furniture around (as opposed to the Roomba that we have). 4. Water lasts. I was surprised by how little the machine uses from the water supply even after two hours of cleaning. 5. The floor gets clean. Based on the amount of the water used, I had doubts on how clean it would be. However, after using the machine a couple of times (the second with the water setting set to high, and with the thicker cleaning pads), the floor's stickiness went away and felt clean. I noticed the Mother Yarn pads (gray) do deeper cleaning compared to the microfiber pads (green), as advertised. 6. Easy to use. The machine's functioning was straightforward. A little issue we saw is that our kitchen floor has a little separate area in front of the fire place, with a bezel around to separate the wooden floor from the brick floor (see picture). The machine has a hard time getting in and our of that space, but it hasn't yet gotten stuck. So I'm not sure it can deal with uneven floors or bumps. Overall, great product! We had been long-time Roomba users for vacuuming and were hesitant about this machine for mopping, but it seems to be a good addition to the house.

I purchased this based on several reviews from others. I had to return it due to not charging. Replacement is working correctly. This mop does a good job, but I do have a complaint. I am giving 4 stars because it does clean and, other than my first one malfunctioning, the build quality seems good. So, my complaint is in the unattended cleaning ability. The collision detection is excellent. It does manage to maneuver about avoiding things. It does not have a "this spot is clean" sensor. It is also not able to be kicked off from a timer. Because the charging base holds the unit in an upright position there's no way to remotely activate; you have to manually take the unit off the charger and place in the floor. I am on with all of this and do not feel this is a problem. So I want to state that I like the unit, it does a great job of scrubbing the floor with the spinning mops. That being said here's where I have the problem. The unit does not come with any fencing capability. There's no infrared transmitter you can use to prevent the unit from going where you don't want it. I have two rooms that are connected, one has wood floor and the other has a floor rug. I have to monitor the unit to prevent it from going into the rug and then down the hallway. To prevent it from escaping the dining room I have resorted to placing broom handles down on the floor to trick it into thinking there is a wall there. So, that is my only complaint.

**Edit as of 14Nov2023** I reached out to their customer service, which has been excellent. Fast response time with specific questions and answers. With no hassle they are shipping a new battery my way. I’ll update again once I receive the battery and can test it out. Increased from 2 to 3 stars for their customer service. **original review. Received 15Oct2023** Purchased several weeks ago, opened the box and plugged in immediately. This thing is quiet, and does exactly what I was hoping for it to do. It would absolutely be a 5-star purchase BUT it’s almost completely unusable for us because it just won’t charge correctly. I have to babysit it and press the power button for it to “realize” it should be charging. Which means the idea of it charging during the day and then running at night is a bust because it’s guaranteed to be dead every time. I’d rather spend the money on a good vac-mop if it’s not a set-it-and-forget-it solution like these types of cleaning bots should be. I’ve submitted a ticket, and am anxious for them to provide a solution.

We have an outdoor, ceramic tiled patio, which is covered but sides are open to the elements. We enjoy using it but in order to keep it clean, I was forever sweeping and mopping to avoid tracking dirt back into the house. We live in Hawaii, so it's customary to be barefoot..LOL! I do a quick sweep, then run this robot mop. I wet and squeeze out the water from the 3 gray mop heads, then spray floor cleaner directly onto the mop heads then let this baby run! It's SILENTLY does it's magic. A HUGE concern I had was that the bottom of our patio rails are about 1" taller than the unit itself so I was dreading it falling off the cliff but so far, so good. I've used it about 5 times and only once, it tilted off the edge but stopped and the bottom of my rail caught it from tilting overboard. I'm not sure what happened but I'm chalking this up to be a freak accident...fingers crossed! To be safe however, if you have a similar layout, please make sure that the area below is safe from cars and people. Don't ever take this for granted! FYI, I did purchase the 3 year product warranty that is offered with the purchase. Lastly, I purchased extra mop heads...one set for inside the house and the other for my outdoor patio, since it gets far dirtier. The battery and the water reservoir lasts a long time. I let the machine run for hours because it's so quiet that I forget it's "working". I'm a happy clean freak customer! UPDATE: I'm still LOVING this robot mop. Other than that 1x freak tip over the edge, this has never happened again. My floors feel super clean...LOVE LOVE LOVE this!

This thing is so awful that I don't know where to begin..... First, while the concept is a good idea, the execution of it all is awful. The Bot doesn't always respond to the remote and won't respond at all to the left/right/forward/back arrows. Those are completely useless. You have to pick up the bot to place it where you want it. Next up, the water tank and the eenie weenie amount of water it disperses. At first I thought it was broken so I inspected it and changed the water spray level and still no change. How is a mop gonna clean floors when it sprays a pinch of water?? And last, my biggest complaint of all.....The perpetual state of spinning in the same spot over and over and over. I mean this could go on for hours if you let it. Changing the cleaning mode doesn't stop it or fix the problem because it goes right back to that same spot and stays. My floors have huge gaps where the Bot completely missed because it decided it only liked certain spots and stayed there. The battery life is also laughable. In the middle of cleaning I have to put it back on the charging base to charge it up which takes forever. I'm appalled that this mop Bot has the price tag it has given the horrible job it does, the lack of an app and the near useless, non-responding remote control. They say you get what you pay for but that concept is becoming more and more obsolete with the amount of high priced plastic on the market that does NOTHING! 4 star deduction for the aforementioned problems. Honestly, if I could give this zero stars, I would!

Posso dire che questo robot lava pavimenti mi ha veramente sorpresa, io l’ho preso per pulire i pavimenti di balcone e veranda . I mop in filato garantiscono una pulizia abbastanza profonda delle piastrelle e delle fughe. Ha diverse modalità di pulizia che sono selezionabili tramite telecomando(la preferibile è l’automatica, che non si seleziona con un tasto ma parte in automatico col tasto play) il grado di umidità dei mop si regola sempre dal telecomando. Tenete presente che non avendo la funzione di mappatura pulirà usando sensori e algoritmi, quindi i tempi di pulizia rispetto altri robot più avanzati saranno più lunghi, ma questo non significa che non faccia il suo lavoro. Riesce a passare senza problemi sulle piastrelle irregolari senza bloccarsi.Il serbatoio dell’acqua è semplicissimo da usare, io uso acqua demineralizzata per evitare incrostazioni .alla fine di ogni utilizzo è consigliato scaricare l’acqua residua ( con l’apposito tasto sul telecomando) ma io preferisco rimuovere proprio tutto il serbatoio prima di rimetterlo in carica, per evitare dannosi sgocciolamenti. Per concludere, per ora posso dire che è un aiuto concreto in casa per fare le pulizie e lo ricomprerei .

J’ai vu qu’il n’y avait aucun avis du Canada pour ce robot-là, alors je me suis forcée à en faire un. J’adore ce robot, avec ses trois serpillières, il nettoie parfaitement les surfaces comme le parquet ou le carrelage. La seule chose qu’il faut veiller, c’est d’enlever les fils d’alimentation, parce que la première chose qui fait c’est d’aller se coincer dedans. Mais maintenant que je le sais, je les enlève pour pas que ça se produise je veux pourris un petit peu de mon produit sur le sol et mon beau passe à par dessus pour tout bien nettoyer exemple dans une chambre quand il nettoie pendant deux heures eh bien c’est super propre quand je viens vérifier là je le remets sur sa base pour qu’il se recharge, et le lendemain je change de pièce. J’ai aussi un robot aspirateur avec un petit linge pour nettoyer le sol, mais je trouve qu’il n’arrive pas à la cheville de ce robot là. Ce robot est extraordinaire je suis à mobilité réduite et il est mon vrai sauveur. Bravo à celui qu’il a conçu. N’hésitez pas à acheter ce robot.

As my previous robot mob iRobot Braava Jet 240 broke down, I decided to get a new one. After careful consideration, I decided to buy this one. The difference was that while Braava Jet could get rid of the easiest dirt and spills, this robot actually cleans the floors thoroughly. Only the toughest stains remain, and I was actually stunned at how clean my floors became. The only fault I can come up with is that sometimes when putting the robot to the dock, it starts to recharge as it should, yet when I try using it the next day the battery is completely empty. I have not yet found out why this happens. It is irritating, but as it recharges relatively quickly and mobs for a really long time with a full charge, charging it for 30 minutes is enough to pretty much clean what I want it to clean. I do recommend always vacuuming the floor first and then carefully observing the floor in case there are small rocks etc. on the floor, or this thing will probably scratch your floor pretty badly based on its weight, efficiency, and the way the mob heads rotate.

Reçu et essayer aujourd’hui! J’avais peur que ce produit ne remplisse pas toutes mes attentes étant donné qu’on ne peut pas le cartographier.. pour autant il connais très bien son travail, il n’as raté aucun endroit de la maison. Ses disque tournent sur eux mêmes et frotte vraiment bien le sol, à savoir que mes carreaux de carrelage sont très mal posé et que j’ai parfois des gros écarts.. il passe et frotte sur les écarts sans soucis contrairement au robot serpillère qui vient juste caresser le sol! Charge rapide environ 1h30 pour une charge de l’appareil complète. Nettoie également très bien les joints de carrelage. C’est pour moi un gain de temps étant très maniaque je peux tout à fait faire autre chose quand le robot lui lave mon sol. On ne peut pas le lancer à distance car pas d’appli mais comme la maison est aspirer quand je pars je le lance et il fait le travail pendant que je suis dehors. Je croise simplement les doigts pour qu’il dur dans le temp Je reviens sur le commentaire il n'aura durer que 7 mois...

Ideal para fregar el suelo de habitaciones concretas con solo colocarlo en el suelo y pulsar un botón. Va soltando agua limpia hacia las almohadillas y va frotando el suelo haciéndolas girar al avanzar. Su movimiento por la habitación es similar a las aspiradoras automáticas tipo roomba, pero esta no aspira, solo friega. Deja los suelos batanes limpios, pero es conveniente pasar primero la aspiradora o barrer si es que hay mucho polvo. Para limpiarla simplemente hay que enjuagar los tres discos de mopa. Contento con la compra para el uso que le doy.
