Solid great build quality and decent for the price compared to the high street. Not too heavy but not cheap material either, no leaks either

I have bought several similar devices before of varying quality but this one, recently delivered, has the best build quality of all, although not fitted yet so cannot give an opinion on functionality. Some of the others, mainly those with fluted handles, appear to have been made with inferior alloy material which corroded quickly. Some of the wall mount brackets were made of plastic, but the one received this time was of chromed metal alloy. The tap unit is of heavy construction and nicely chromed as is the supplied hose. All in all I am very pleased and impressed with the kit, especially at the price point.25/10/24 now installed and working fine. I should have mentioned it was ordered without additional amazon packaging but the packaging it came in was rugged and sufficiently snugly padded so contents secure and not moving about, the handle even had its own draw string cloth pouch!. The hose had twist-off plastic thread protectors and there was a mesh filter washer included in the kit.

Definitely like the style of these, simple but elegant and look beautiful in the bathroom.Look very nice next to the toilet and are great to use.Really strong pressure, easy to use, and good water jet size. The material is sturdy and of good quality.Works as expected and at a extremely reasonable price .

although it had the weight of a better quality gun, it jammed open a few times before the ultra weak handle pin snapped.don’t bother with this. spend a little more.

Does what it’s supposed to do. I took the easy option and had a plumber install them (bought 2) only 1 thing I would have preferred and that is that the button would push in a bit easier.I have sore hands and sometimes need both hands to press the button on the shower head

The unit is solid design but comes with no fixing nut to secure in place and the back thread is short limiting the surface thickness this can be secured to. Also no fitting instructions provided .

Very happy with this purchase. Everyone has one in Brazil and many hot countries world wide. Don't understand why they haven't caught on in UK as they are much simpler and easier than purchasing a bidet!
