So far so good, arrived on time and nicely boxed up which surprised me somewhat as this is fully sprung mattress. It was a lot heavier than I imagined which is not a bad thing as you know that it contains solid materials and not just lightweight foams to bulk it up. I have to say that on my own I could not 'slide' it out of the box at one end as instructed as it was such a tight fit so I carefully cut along one long side. It is dispatched rolled up flat in a vacuum packed bag which made me a bit wary of what would happen once the vacuum seal was broken. Now whether by accident or design it started to slowly unroll itself accompanied by creaking and squeaking sounds as soon as the long edge of the box was cut open, at this point I was expecting an explosion and stood well back not wanting to be pinned to the wall. My imagination was running riot with visions of opening one of those 10 man inflatable dinghies inside a car. You then have to un-roll the the plastic wrapping as you push it away from you, this starts to make holes in the inner vacuum bag and it expands much more and lies fairly flat in side that inner bag. It is still quite compressed until you use the 'provided' safety tool to slit the bag fully open and remove it from the mattress. That it other than waiting the recommended 72 hours before laying on it, not really sure as to why it is that long but its something to do with the release of manufacturing fumes and allowing the memory foam to expand properly. After two days the mattress seemed solid enough and had reached its full height within about 20 hours, it does that almost immediately but after about a day the firmness increases.Overall the mattress looks really nice and size wise was perfect for my Double bed, it is a little soft near the outer edges as you sit on it (but I am a big guy) nice and firm once you are lying on it, not to hard and not too soft. I have no complaints so far about the comfort or quality and the price was good. I would recommend this mattress and don't forget to treat yourself to a new fitted sheet as these are a full 12" plus in depth so your existing sheets may not fit.

Mattress 100% as described, professionally made with top quality materials.It's so deep all the corners are very tuff. I've slept on it the last 2 nights and my my my I've had such a better sleep my back even feels better for it.I'd had a soft mattress before and to change to one that is abit firmer is quite a big change one that I wasn't looking forward to, i wasn't let down though.It's given me the right amount of support and if 1 was to say soft is 1 and 10 was hard I'd give it a 7.If you suffer with osteoarthritis in the back like me then in my honest opinion I'd say this mattress gives the correct amount of support.I'm so happy and would highly recommend the mattress, it also as 100 days guarantee on it so if your not satisfied you can return it, mine won't be getting returned that's for sure.For the price you wouldn't find better than this.🙋‍♀️

Very satisfied with purchase! This mattress is thick, soft and comfy, been sleeping so much better and no back pain at all, although it’s very heavy it was easy to unbox, I gave it 72 hours as recommended to let it air out, fits perfectly for my single bed so no problems about size as I saw a few reviews about that, overall I recommend this mattress lot!! Definitely worth the money. The delivery guy was very helpful and sweet too.

Had one August 2023. Noticed end October that one corners lost a significant amount of firmness. I've rotated this matress every 3 months and yes I solely sleep on the right hand side and often sit on this corner edge to sit etc.The hybrid springs that are stated here are just standard coil springs and not enclosed like the image shows nor is the layers ontop as thick as shown.This doesn't detract from how good the actual matress is from new or when not in failure.Family have had a number of this brand over last 6 years and all but this August 2023 (others are a different model) and I contacted the maker direct and the customer service was superb.They offered a few options and I eventually asked for a replacement and 36 hours later it turned up. No messing. Fantastic. They didnt question my integrity and I made it clear what the actual fault was so there wasn't any confusion.1 out 5 mattresses over a period of 6 years have been great and typically after 6/7 odd years i replace my mattresses anyway.Recommend this brand and the warranty is indeed as they state.Hopefully this replacement will hold firm, I've never seen a matress go defective at one corner (it's still functional) but I do expect a good 2 to 3 years without any issue or springs, materials failing.

Really pleased with this mattress so far, I left it 3 days to expand as advised. I took a chance ordering without seeing or trying it out but it does have 100 night trial so will see how it goes - it's for my spare room my granddaughter uses but I will try it out. It's important I have a supportive mattress and this feels good. It's extremely heavy, it's only a small double, and I struggled to get it upstairs as live alone, but finally managed to slide it up the stairs. It was delivered 2 days after ordering. Only time will tell so if there's anything negative to report, I will add to this review. No complaints so far.EDIT: Slept on this mattress for four nights now and I can honestly say it's more comfortable than my main bed with a much more expensive mattress! I may be moving rooms now.

I bought the thicker Double Mattress to replace my old one from Costco. The new mattress is very comfortable and supportive. The memory foam and springs give a great balance. I sleep better now and don’t feel any movement from my partner. It also feels cool and fresh. The 100-night trial is a nice bonus. Very happy with this purchase!
