Perfect drying rack for small spaces
My apartment's bathroom is long and narrow. There's not a lot of space for a space-hogging drying rack. This drying rack is fully adjustable from folded in half to flat so fits perfectly in my small bathroom. Its easy to assemble and there's lots of rack space to hang clothing. The only thing is that its not "sturdy"-- i need to be careful when handling so it doesn't pull apart. But I don't have to move it around a lot so I'm ok with that. Its a good value and the right size if you need to dry clothing in a small space.

Would definitely buy again.
I use this to put outside when I wash a big rug. It's awesome. Don't have to hang a clothesline. Folds up and I can put it away in a closet. Perfect!.

Nightmare to properly assemble
I bought two of these because they were on sale but had a horrible experience. Assembling them was a nightmare even when you follow directions. It says to press the metal rods down on the frame pegs until you hear a clicking noise but no matter how much strength you use you can't get them down as far as they need to go. And you feel like you're going to break the pegs that the rods connect to because the pegs are made of a cheap plastic. Not to mention this drying rack is quite small. I wish I could find something similar in a larger size and better build quality but they don't seem to make them anymore. I returned these the first day I got them.

Easy, versatile, ingenious
This dryer rack was easy to assemble. It's more sturdy than a conventional folding dryer rack. Because it can be used in many different positions, it's versatile and perfect for small spaces. Takes up very little room when folded flat for storage. An ingenious design, really. Where has it been all my life? The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the pivot joints are a little bit finicky, and I'm concerned that the pivot joints might not be as durable as the rest of the rack in the long run.

Meh
Came as pictured. All white. Thin metal tubing, plastic connectors, plastic frame. One side's feet are purposefully different, but I don't know what to call them. This means it leans ever slightly to one side, which really doesn't matter with laundry and only matters if you're trying to use it as a drying rack for say paper or canvas boards, and it's for stability reasons I think. It allows it to hook under a rod or to be able to lean less on the wall. It's a thoughful feature. One of the connectors came already broken. Just re-appropiated that bar...needed it too much to wait for a replacement, that would likely also break, as I immediately started using it.An annoying thing is that the tubes don't fit consistently onto the connectors. On some of the connectors they only go on a little ways and on others they go on all the way and won't come off again. This means that sometimes when I pick it up it comes apart and I have to put it back together. This is very annoying. The tip is to start from the top and work your way down, allowing one side to be ever so slightly slanted away closer at the top farther at the bottom.Maybe I will glue them. But I think things to be able to be fixable or re-usable. So maybe not.Even put it beside the dishwasher and dried placemats on it, then, temporarily, a bunch of floor towels after a plumbing crisis.Lightweight enough to be very easy to carry around and move from floor to table top or counter-top, and to fold and unfold to lean against a wall. But still holds up to the lightweight laundry so far.Because it's summer, I Have yet to try out any heavy sweaters or truly heavy duty jeans, but I don't know that that's going to be its strong point given those plastic connectors and hollow tubes. But we will see on the sweater front, a bit ...not a lot at once...because that would be very helpful. .Folds and unfolds sort of easily. There's a knob meant to lock or loosen but I can't tell which way does what, so that's not a great sign. No matter which way I turn it is locked it doesn't want to open, but then opens all the way...🤦♀️so... however, it does stay wherever I put it, so it works, for now at least.Storage and storage capacity: It's size is good, fitting beside the dryer and fitting up to size large shirts with sleeves flatly. Three or four shirts, or a ton of socjs and underwear, which is what I was looking for. I May even use it to help me with my quilting fabrics when I'm sorting and cutting. Tiny pieces would probably just slip off, but my larger pieces and various tops waiting to be batted and quilted would work really well.Honestly, if I had the room, it would get re-assigned. 😁

Love it!
Love this...... we have a swimming pool and during the summer, I put this up in our bathtub and when we get out of our wet bathing suits we have it dry on this overnight and it is absolutely perfect. Very perfect and it is adjustable so it will fit any tub

A great functional drying rack that saves on energy.
The Whitmore space maker folding drying rack is awesome. I have two of these that I bought at different times. The second time I got it I was thrilled because I really had to dig looking for it on Amazon. I think they must have been out of it for quite some time. I love this rack because I can dry delicates or whatever over my bathtub. I can lay it out 2 different ways. One can be at an angle leaning against the bathtub wall or it can be at a 90 degree angle sitting on opposite sides of the bathtub ledge. Regarding sturdiness, once in a great while the slim bars that make up this rack will separate, but only if you have dropped it or mishandled it. I love how it collapses into a slim piece so I can just store it right in front of the bathtub when not in use. The outer shower curtain hides it well. This is such an easy and great drying rack!
