Okay! This thickness, is may be better for Men. I found it too thick and unconfortable sleeping with. Well,,,I cut it lengthwise and now it's sooo good, I sleep wearing it all night, and for midday snoozes too. What do you know?, now I have two belts. Maybe the company can make thinnerones for whoever like Me. Love-it, thank you, and, very recomendable. e. lambrou!

Must be modified or redesigned
This product seems like a good idea, but I can't believe the manufacturers ever tried it. It is entirely too firm with virtually no give and therefore no comfort. Also, it is too rigid to be tied around your waist and stay there. I modified mine and it performs much better and is now comfortable. (see photos) This item should be stuffed with pieces of foam, not one gigantic solid tube. I would also suggest that instead of a poor tie; make the connections with Velcro.After my modifications, I would give this product 4 stars. Add Velcro and I would give it 5 stars.

Terrible!
The idea is right, but it is made so cheaply, that the foam in it is coarser than the foam in a pool noodle and just as cheap
