I’ve used these for a year and IMHO, they work. I have recommended them to friends who have the same feeling. One a day and you’ll feel great.

Bought this pro biotic after reading about how the company was developed and its effect on the body making you feel overall better. Worked great, however it was running about 50 dollars for me alone and we have a family of 4. Had to search for another product that was less expensive and worked the same.

I have started using twice a day , see effect right after 4th day. One in morning with breakfast and one in right after dinner. It simply working, no more bloating , happy stomach and smooth & soft and regular .One extra thing i did , i see in squat position and drink one glass of Water very slowly...

My amazing husband found this for me! This was one of the tools in my toolbox while going through radiation. I had way less side affect than other people. My radiation field and dose were larger than most. My last day is tomorrow. I still have really great range of motion after a mastectomy and radiation...i'm just a little pink. My clinical team wanted to know what I did. This is apart of what I did...highly recommend

Good product from good brand, but can’t say I have noticed a difference in how I feel.

I’ve been looking at different probiotic supplements and have taken a liking to this brand to help improve my gut health and inflammation. I really like that it’s all-natural and especially being lactose free it’s more attuned to my sensitive stomach. I usually take it 2x a day, I’ve taken it both before and after meals and it works great either way! Highly recommend this purchase.
