I bought the glasses. They are great glasses. The hinge started to grind. I submitted a RMA for the manufacture warranty, it was denied. I called and talked Luxottica and they helped me out. They let me pick a new pair of glasses and are replacing my equivalent lenses. After that I have to say customer support did come through. A+
