Frame came in damaged, I returned it the next day and received its replacement the following day. Impressive.

The frame arrived damage (paint and wood chipped) on all four corners. Very poor quality.

Arrived packaged well. All four corners were lifted from the mitre. Material appears to be a coating over a resin. Ended up sanding, repairing and repainting. Not worth the money.

The frame is nice but came damaged. Didn't bother to return because of the effort and one can't see the damage if you look at the frame from the front. A bit disappointed though given the cost.

I love this frame. My daughter gave me one of her paintings and this allowed me to hang the painting and display it very nicely.

Awesome frame!

Corner joints poorly seamed with chips of white on black frame. Didn't want hassle of return so tightened corners and touched up with black sharpie. However, for price, should not have needed home repair of new item.

It was packed in bubble wrap but still arrived broken.
