They do not peel off the backing without ripping. It does not come with instructions or tips. It was a pain to get the pictures to line up with the circles. Very disappointed. They are expensive and most go to waste due to tearing and trying to figure the position.

These sugar circles worked without any complaints! They were perfect. They arrived undamaged and they were not coming off the backing like some do! Perfect!!

I assume I got a very old package. Every sheet I tried to put through my printer all the fondant disks came off and jammed up my printer. Inconvenient to say the least and a bigger problem because I was on a deadline for a project I needed them for. I would definitely not recommend this product from this seller!
