Cuisinart C77SS-CLV 7" Cleaver Knife

I love love love this knife!!! I was so tired of struggling with dull knives and I have had some Cuisinart brand knives in the past, so I knew that it would be good quality. Let me tell you- it is SO sharp that it makes prepping food a dream! It’s a very nice weight in your hand and feels balanced as well. I have small hands and it fits perfectly without me feeling like I am holding a sword lol! But it would be good for anyone- I just don’t feel confident with knives that are too long. It’s sturdy and well constructed and a very nice quality for the money. The color is a nice stainless steel that looks sleek and appealing. I would highly recommend this knife!

We’ve had these for 6-months and I love them enough to get on here and tell y’all this is a great set for yourself, or to gift to someone else. I could not be happier with this set, I absolutely would buy these again. Super pleased with this purchase, I think the price is really good for the quality and quantity of knives, and have found much to appreciate about this set in the time I’ve had it. Got these for my partner, who wanted the black/metal look, but I really wanted high quality knives that were going to function well and be easy to care for - these delivered all on fronts! I think they look amazing, and they are crazy sharp and I don’t see any rust anywhere. I’m a big fan of Cuisinart products and I am thrilled these knives have not let me down there. I think they are pretty light in weight, which took me some time to adjust too, but now I really appreciate this feature. I hand wash and pat dry, and they are holding up great. I used the small curved knife to zest an entire lemon last night - and I am wildly impressed with that specific event, like the process and the equipment and the results. I recommend anyone out there zesting lemons get your hands on this one knife at least and impress the hell out of yourself like I did. Have not done any deboning with these, but I seriously doubt they would let me down. I love the steak knives being incorporated into the set too, and I love that they are not those crappy, black, plastic-handled kind that just exist to open boxes and go missing and never be available when you are dining. There’s just a lot to fall in love with here.

The knife is very sharp and handily made. The grip is very nice. Color is perfect fit for the previous set.

I'm a huge fan of this lil knife. Fits so good in my hand, easy sharpens on my stone and lasts a few uses. I love the look with the longer handle and shorter blade, i use this to cut everything. It is very sturdy, very weighty for a small blade. I just love it. I broke my wife's small knife and had to buy this and i use it more than she does.

Super nice fillet knife for larger fish! Highly recommend.

We've used pretty much every single knife in this set so far and each one has surprised us with how sharp they are and how light weight each is! We thought it was a little pricey at first but with how sharp and weight of each knife is, there's a reason for the price and its worth it to us! The design isn't too bad either. The last set of knives we had was bought from Ikea and it wasn't as sharp as this set of knives are. We definitely recommend this set of knives to everyone!

This knife is the perfect size for small tasks and love that it came with a protective cover. It’s perfect for slicing tomatoes, cake loaves for example & recommend it. In fact I’m considering buying another.
