Seems to be of good quality, and it does with supposed to do!

I ordered to use on a plastic fitting for a pool where there were no threads in the screw holes. The screws needed to be screwed to attach both pieces in the water. Before use, it was almost impossible to screw two pieces of plastic together. I could not use a power tool with there being water.

These are holding up pretty good so far. I do use them with cutting oil. I have only had one break and I'm positive that was operator error and not the tool itself. It was loaded into an impact drill instead of a standard drill. I believe the impacting snapped it. So again, I believe operator error on that one as the rest have been holding up.

I cannot speak to the longevity of the bits but I use one of the bits 4x and each time I was left with clean, correctly threaded holes. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.

This is not a good value or purchase. Within 30 seconds of use, the 1 bit (10-32) I attempted to use broke. Do not believe the marketing statement that it can drill thru 1/4-inch material. I attempted to drill through 3/16-inch material and it broke immediately.

worth the price

I've had these for a while and finally used two of them this past weekend. I was enlarging tapped holes in expensive billet aluminum hotrod parts. They did a flawless job. They're kinda self-cleaning too, removing nearly all the shavings as they tap. I'm really happy with these drill taps.

I bought the set thinking it would be great for light aluminum work. Unfortunately the teeth on the taps rounded over and don't create a thread anywhere close to the posted sizes only after tapping no more than 10 holes.
