The things i like about the bike are the design.. love the yellow cables, and the Urban Terrain logos all over the bike. The gears are easy to use, tyres are nice and strong, the frame is really light in weight but still seems to be pretty tough and well built. Shocks are good too. The brakes are quite good as well.The things i would like to see an improvement in are : The seat - it's a bit hard, the cycle pump provided with it is not great. You'll probably have to buy another one.The gears - Sometimes the gears tend to slip - not very often though and not such a big deal.The Handle - I'm 5'10" and the seat can be raised up but the Handle bar cannot so that's something i would have hoped could be possible but that does not make the bike unfomfortable in any way. It's still pretty good.Overall it's an excellent bike. Value for money and great quality. One of the best bicycles in the market.

Cycle is very good. Smooth gear shifting and light in weight. But disc break is not up to the mark and could have been include a bottle holder too in this model. However this cycle would be a great option in this price range and for short distance daily cycling activities.It would be better if we wait to assemble the cycle by UT technicians itself as the tool along with the package is not good enough. Technicians will come in 2 -3 days and they do it in the professional way.For me, the technician was very nice and gave some tips to ride and maintain the cycle.As part of cult sports free subscription, I got free dietitian consultation from cult-sport. Dietitian was Surya. She tried to understand my life style and eating habits and then she set the diet plan accordingly. She was very polite and helpful.Must buy for people who looking for fitness, very happy to have Urban Terrain and cult sport.

Kudos for UT for affordable Cycle with high quality. Cycle seems to be too good for riding. Smooth gear transmission.Complementary diet plan for 3 months for Cult fit was awesome. Ms. Meena - dietitian make me comfortable and guided my lifestyle to be healthier. Highly knowledgeable and kind she answered all my doubts. Kudos for UT for affordable Cycle with high quality.

The media could not be loaded. An update: Urban Terrain refused to change the damaged parts or replace the bike. It took me a long time, but I could get my bike returned and money refunded by escalating the issue to Amazon and sharing the documentation of all the communications I had with Urban Terrain customer care and the service department. Amazon deserves 5 stars and Urban Terrain I would give 0 stars if possible.Yesterday was one month up from the date of delivery of the cycle. I am still not able to use it. The cycle came on time. Assembly was delayed. After assembly, I used the cycle and found some issues that I was told would be fixed after using it for a week. Then right after the return period ended the issues got so bad that I was forced to ask for a technician to come and rectify the issues. He came and found out that there was a part missing where the front wheel was connected which was causing the issue. Also, the handle grip part was loose. The cycle is kept idle for a month now. The sad part is the metal part of the cycle like the screws, etc, has started rusting. I was so happy with the cycle when I bought it and after a month I am still not able to use it. So far have a poor opinion of the product, supplier and service team. It is rare that all the departments of a team combine in a poor performance frustrating the customer so much. The response when I pointed out the rusting "You can buy a rust remover and fix it!" Obviously, that is why I bought a new cycle so that I could spend my time fixing it and seeing it sit idle. And of course, spend time and money fixing the poor construction quality materials. Good job Urban Terrain, I have started sharing my story with my friends to ensure they do not get into the same trouble I am facing of poor quality product, poor quality service, and poor customer care.

I did lot of research to buy a cycle. At last to me Urban Terrain cycle is a best option for a beginner. It is worth buying. To those who are worried about buying cycle online. Don't worry all spares are available UT technician will fix any issue buy a single call.Fitting went well with help of UT technician.It comes with free CultSport subscription.I was assigned with Dietician Meena. She is very polite, Understands my food habits well and come up with a best diet plan. She is very informative.Workout training was provided by Suraj. Workout session went well. He teaches some warm up workout to start the day and cycling. Very good training.Overall Urban Terrain cycle comes with complete fitness package. Happy 😀 buying UT cycle.

Nice Cycle, smooth and did the job, Size 27.5 fame is good for 5 inch above, stablilty.But all if you purchase it below 9500 Rs. as i got Black yellow one. Gears are smooth, all Urban Terrain 3000 series cycles are same except color.I installed cycle bell, head light, seat cover, helmetSeat is hard so need seat cusion cover badly.If someone is above 5.5 should go for 29 inch frame size.

Seriously the quality of the bicycle is top notch. Worth for every penny. Please go for it. Only drawback I have is the seat comfort is very bad. But we can change the seat anyway. Worth to compromise. And I got an air pump. But the pipe was damaged. And quality of the pump is bad. It's okay to compromise for the bicycle.
