Perfect size for the supplement I hate drinking as soluble in water. 😆 No taste, easy to swallow, great quality.

I use these for creatine because I don't like the texture of it in my water and it works perfectly and I just make sure to drink lots of water after. Capsules were super easy to fill I just bought a little mini scooper for like $6 on etsy and it all worked out.

Product is as advertised, but they fail to mention that it cannot come into contact with anything moist prior to be introduced into the body: simply put, they start to deteriorate before you can even fill the capsule, and then they suck the moisture out of whatever you fill them with. Bummer. Otherwise, they would be excellent for dry things.

The capsule are to small they are 8.5 mm in diameter, when they are supposed to be 9.9 mm. So they don't fit the correct amount of powder, they don't work in a capsule machine, they broke because they were not aligned when I pressed them together in the machine and they wasted a lot of my time, money, and lions mane powder. Truthfully they owe me more than just a refund, they cost me $40 in time and product.
