Trend Micro Premium Security, 2017, 10 Devices

Love Trend Micro but hate that I ordered the PC/Mac Disc but did NOT receive the disk with two separate orders. Only a box with a pamphlet wit a key code and explaination as to why I didn't receive a disk. Not cool.

I have used Trend Micro products for at least 10 years now and they have always performed well. This time they have used their product to plant advertisements into my PC that pop up even while off line. I wont be using it again after it expires and possibly will uninstall it as I do research to find a comparable product that I like. This company is run by idiots now unfortunately.

WARNING ! Do not get, I had this software twelve years ago, it was okay. I switched to Norton's the most powerful, the best, cost more but worth it. Then, twelve years later, I get a renewal payment from Trend Micro for an auto renewal, $35 ! I haven't used their software in over a decade, and I have NEVER renewed. I gets worse in trying to contact and deal with them. Check GOOGLE and you will see this problem is rampant. Twelve years ago it was difficult to remove the Trend Micro from my computer. Now I am a geek, and I have two textbooks in print, computer engineering, and I have taught Technology for 35 years, and I was an Electronics Expert in the USAF during Vietnam.

I have used Trend Micro for years. A computer expert told me years ago it was the best. I am a professional pilot, but love and study computers and how to avoid virus's and Malware as a hobby. Over the years Trend Micro is at the top for protection from virus's, malware,ect. NSS Labs and AV-TEST rate them the best. Go to trendmicro.com and type "competitive benchmarks" in the search field. Trend Micro is easy to use and works in the background. Remember when you search google for the best anti-virus, many of the anti-virus companies pay for these reviews. So do yourself a favor and check out NSS labs and AV-TEST results!
