So my cycle did not completely stop so I purchased a second bottle. My cycle lightened so much it made it bearable or should I say normal. Either way I will keep this around because as a PCOS girly I this gave me relief. Buy the bigger bottle and next time I will take this as soon as my cycle starts.

I tried this and it think it worked as well as it could. I had lab work done to check my hormones and my estrogen was way too high. So I don't think it can lower hormone levels enough in my case to have helped. But I did notice a change in flow. Also the directions say to take every hour. That's hard to do at night when you're asleep, but possibly that would also have helped had I been able to take it through the night. I read comments about the taste. It's not that bad. Mine had a hint of sweetness. But I've also had to take cramp bark and dandelion root (for other issues) and those are mega bitter so this was a walk in the park as far as taste goes.
