I live by myself and I'm a single mom with three kids. My showers have always been my #1 stress reducer and I moved into a new apartment with a terrible shower head that only produced a trickle of water!I have been so frustrated because the round knot that was holding this stupid shower head on was absolutely stuck beyond help. I don't know much about tools and repairs, so I have been ordering so many different tools and trying so many different wrenches to try to get this stuck round shower head off and the thing is, is that it didn't have any flat sides to grab onto... And so finally I found this product and......OMG IT WORKED!!!As you can see in the picture, this tool actually got the stainless steel, very slippery round shower head finally off!!! I am overjoyed I am thrilled and I wish I could give the manufacturer of this product a giant kiss and a hug and a thousand thank yous because I am now the proud new owner of a wonderful heavy shower head that I got here off of Amazon instead of the stupid one that came in my apartment. I have been so frustrated over this situation - so many tools didn't work and this was the final one that actually did the magical trick !!!!Thank you thank you thank you thank you to the manufacturer!
