Convenient for Occasional Snack
I got it after reading the list of all the vitamins, but when it arrived looked at what it’s made of and it’s not exactly healthy stuff. The taste is alright, not bad, not exceptional. I like that it’s not too sweet. Nice to have handy to take with you to work or school, but I wouldn’t rely on it for regular nutrition—just not the best stuff to consume nutritionally.

Hair stopped falling out - vitamin d deficient. Helps!
I was losing clumps of hair every shower! After using this for a week and finding out I’m vitamin D deficient- my hair STOPPED falling out! I have felt SO MUCH better too! Like I don’t want to sleep all day AND I’m not FREEZING like I normally am all day and night long! Best meal drink ever! :)

Low Sugar - higher protein than most - GREAT FLAVOR ‼️
Great taste- higher protein - very low in sugar - actually is a much better taste in the “light start” than their regular Choc one— my ONLY regret is that they don’t make the French Vanilla in the “light start”- price is reasonable/as long as it doesn’t go up - if that happens I won’t be able to cont to use it- they don’t accept my food stamps & at 78 I have to def “pick & choose”. So here is the thing- I have been using this product for several wks- (switched over to the “light”) - can’t say enough about it- a great product, only 3sugar, has 13 protein & only 150 calories & a bonus of great taste ! Here is my one & only issue— I bought several cases/sleeves which have 4 six packs in side. This is now a potential issue because the provider shipped my all of them w the same expiration date of “USE BY” - NOT “BEST BY” which is stamped “”Jan 22,2023”‼️ Now that could present a problem since I ordered multiple cases - it is a real concern- I don’t know how long after that expiration date I could safely use this product‼️
