I believe so just as long as the pants your placing them in are of the tactical combat type. Not all military pants are of the combat type.

Could you slide on concrete with these, while playing indoor?

I would say no. The texture is somewhat rubbery and would more than likely grab hold of your knees and sling you face first into the concrete.
