Q: will this work on spots on arms casued by blood thinners?

I suppose it would like it covers up any other flaws. I have rarely used it because my cover-up is for veins in the legs and I wear slacks most often. That is the best cover-up for me.

Wait til it dries and then put sunscreen on top lightly

I have light olive skin. I use light/medium and it works well.

Q: How long does it last between applications?

Very hard to tell. It is not like a self tan . Most of it comes off when you shower . But it is a great product for an impeccable look . It does make the skin look smooth and kind of flawless . But do not dress straight away .
