Works as advertised and SUPER quiet
1. Super quiet - REALLY! (Compared to two other brands/models I purchased, this one beat them both by far in terms of overall noise level--I can hardly hear it while it's on/running!)2. Works as advertised; Smart features via the app are easy to set up and use, including daily, weekly, or just weekends on/off scheduling (you pick the day[s] and time frames[s]). The one-time timer feature is also a nice touch (e.g., auto on or off in minutes or up to 24 hours). Can also turn off the digital display while it's on/running. Also love the graph report on the app as to how much humidity is currently in the room and how the unit regulates the humidity based on the setting you've chosen.3. Very easy to fill and clean; best to use distilled (or very well filtered) water. However, I have not used the aromatherapy feature (putting drops directly into the bottom tank worries me about how easy that would be to clean after use).4. The Auto setting is a nice touch since it doesn't always stay on constantly (unless, of course, it needs to) and therefore saves water. So far I'm pleasantly surprised by how long the less than 1 gallon tank lasts when filled to the Max level. Low and High settings are also available if you want/need constant humidity.5. Third-party voice control (Alexa or Hey Google) is a nice touch too.6. Sturdy and nicely well-built.

So happy with this Purchase!
This humidifier works really well. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. It’s quiet and adds a nice level of humidity to my room. I also love the soft night light feature. So far, very happy with the purchase.

Works good in manual mode.
Easy to fill and works effectively when you manually turn on, but the auto mode does not work properly because the humidity detector does not work properly - show humidity is about 15% what it actually is.

Good Humidifier
I like this little hunidifier. Works just fine for my bedroom. Only downside is there's no button to turn off the light, so you can only do that through the app. Not a deal breaker, but it would be an excellend added feature. Much cheaper humidifiers give a button. The size and design are very portable, I just cleaned it for the first time today and it was very easy. I have not yet tried to dissamble every little part for a thourough cleaning which I will likely do every month or so. But to keep it from getting mold, use common sense: do not leave water sitting in it when not in use, do the simple rinse cleaning at least once a week. This is one of the few humidifiers that (almost) met all my criterie: 1) smart app that works with alexa, 2) has a built in sensor (though I'm not sure how useful it is since the mist falls down onto the sensor), 3) easy to clean, 4) filters I can clean myself (don't need to purchase filters freqently). I actually sort of bought this by mistak, had intended to purchase an evaporative humidifier and thought this was one. I kept reading that ultrasonics are bad because they leave white residue and powder everywhere from minerals in the water. I've been using this for a week, several hours daily, using filtered tap water... and so far no white dust. I don't know what would happen if I used straight tap water. I recommend this product.

i couldn't manage without it
I've had this humidifier for the better part of the year, and i think it's a good product. I have severe dry eye, and the effect of the device is notable..i don't think i could do without it. I'm a little leery of 'smart devices, and all i really needed was a timer, but i've found it useful that i can tell if it's empty, or turn it on or off, from another room, since my husband goes to bed much earlier than i do.the humidity sensor is a little wonky, as other reviews have mentioned. especially after you wash or rinse the base...even if i rinse and dry it carefully, water must get trapped close to the sensor or something and it thinks your room is like, 98% humidity. while i never am sure it's meter is reliable, it's totally functionable on auto mode normally, and does rectify itself after washing, if you just turn it on a non-auto mode (low or high) for a bit.i was worried about the fact that our apartment is super cold in the winter...that the cold humidifier might make the room dank and chilly like a cave, but it doesn't seem to noticeably alter the room temperature. if anything it generally make if feel cozier. I was also worried about the fact that i knew i would be unwilling to buy, transport, and keep jugs of distilled water, living in a 4th floor walk-up apartment with no storage space. but so far, i haven't had any problem using tap water. I live in Pittsburgh, and while the system doesn't spout the hardest city water ever, it can definitely create stubborn scale, and rusty stains. even with the city water, this humidifier is pretty easy to clean. i rinse it when i fill the tank daily, i clean it once a week, and descale it once or twice a month. the filter becomes rather rust-colored immediately, but it kindov rinses out (i change it kinda--every other month i guess), and the bit of scale-scum to wash off pretty easily with vinegar. i haven't really noticed any white film being deposited around the room. i do use a demineralizing filter, i think the instructions say not to (it's just like, charcoal stuff in a little plastic cage, i think...it doesn't escape into the tank or anything, but i think it helps because it seems more scaly when it's time to change the little filter-pellet).probably my biggest complaint about the thing is just that the app layout is annoying. ii'm app-resistant anyway, and it has these dumb banner ads which,, at least on my smaller phone, make it impossible to select the device's options until you take several steps to delete the ad (the useful section of the app is pushed off the bottom of the screen). i think design could be better for the app, but the device itself seems to be well thought-out.anyway, overall i highly recommend this humidifier. it doesn't even take up that much space. Levoit does make a non-smart one that seems very similar, it just has an off-low-high knob i think. but this one can be used without the app too, but one has the option of setting the remote functions, timer and humidistat and stuff. i really notice it in the dryness of my eyes and skin if i leave it off, even for one night, and have come to rely on the thing!
