An excellent machine for the price range. Contrary to a previous review, this machine was very simple to setup. I had it up and running in around ten minutes. The touch screen has preset options for espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano and simple hot milk. You also have an area at the bottom of the screen to program five of your own drinks at the touch of the screen. This allows you to program coffee strength (1-5) and the liquid volume to suit the size of your cup. The seperate milk jug is an excellent idea, as it can be stored in the fridge. Due to the fact it can be removed it isn't taking up counter space if, like me, you don't use it. I personally pop the milk pipe directly into a milk bottle if I want a latte. The only gripe I have is that the milk isn't quite hot enough for my taste. The machine is very hygienic, running a rinse cycle both at start up and when the machine is turned off. All told, a great machine for your money.

I have had a few coffee to bean machines , mostly Delonghi, but i liked the look of the touch screen and potential ease of use. Im not a barista but I do love a nice strong latte, strong coffee flavour and hot. This even on the strongest coffee settings with good quality beans was inciped-flavourless, luke warm, having to microwave it to make it reasonably warm. There are setting for increasing the temp of milk and coffee, which i increased, but still, the instant coffee machines in petrol stations were far better a taste. Id look elsewhere, which I am going to do after sending this back.

It looks good but quality is not very good. Worked for several months, then milk frother system failed amd instead 300 ml it was giving out 100 ml milk. I contacted seller on their website, but no response. After me contacting them they started to send me adverts about theit other staff. In the end contacted amazon support, they issued return lable.

Fine but with some teething issues. It was easy to set up, a tip is to not tuck the tube into the milk compartment too tightly. Basically it will not work unless the tube is loose looped down and not tucked in. They really should detail this. The heat is lukewarm, I would recommend setting it to hot. The user interface go over with their support team first to avoid disappointment. When it asks you to put the tube into water make sure that the drip water created doesn't go in your drink its cleaning it out. It works, it makes nice coffee, it allows for a range of settings, the bean to cup-milk-cleaning-water compartment design is linear and excellent, the user interface is what let's the product down. automatic cleaning is a nice touch with this product.

I bought this machine because in all conscience I couldn't justify the waste with pod machine's anymore, and boy I'm not disappointed. Once I worked out how to use the machine it was plain sailing, my wife and I like how versatile it is as we both like different coffee strengths and froth levels the touch screen is perfect for this. There is a cleaning regime the machine uses which at first seems excessive but you get used to it. All in all a great machine making great coffee.
