I have limited mobility and the remote control is a great piece of the lamp.

We like the lamp . the remote control is really nice since we are using it behind the couch for a corner lamp. This lamp changes colours, but they turn real fast, not a slow gradual change.The arm that comes out with the shade on it, is real shortThe lamp shade comes in a roll and you have to put it together...

Made well, looks great, easy to assemble. Even though it’s adjustable it doesn’t go down as far as I would like. Love the remote and different lighting brightness! I would recommend!

This would be great in a extra room or where you want extra lighting but its crooked. No matter what I do the lampshade isn't straight on the arm of the lamp. I also can't get the top adjustment to tighten all the way so you can't change the height of the lamp. I was very pleased with the "roll up" lamp shade - especially after hearing people complain about cheapness (to me it looked like a much better quality lamp shade than the lamp itself). We were using in our den and while I liked the brightness, I need to spend a little more money for something a little more substantial. Didn't put batteries in the remote so we didn't try out the functions.

The first lamp I received was missing the two rings that enable you to assemble and hang the lampshade. I contacted the seller, QYE, to get the two missing rings but they were not helpful in replacing the missing parts stating instead "Hello customer, please contact Amazon to apply for free replacement of the missing parts". Of course Amazon delivered a whole new lamp the next day but I just needed the two rings and now the second lamp will probably end up in a landfill once I return it. I wish you had the ability to just get replacement parts.The lamp itself is attractive. It has a remote that has a 30 and 60 minute timer as well as a dimming function. It also has a foot pedal on/off switch if you choose to use that instead of the remote. It's a nice size and provides plenty of light. Works great in our living room.

I like this floor lamp although a large room will overwhelm it. I placed it in a corner surrounded by other objects on the wall which helped to camouflage the small lamp shade and made the size less significant. It’s Easy to assemble and the remote is an essential part of why I like so much because it can be turn on/off from a distance. Functionally it worked as described. I would guess that the highest brightness is more suitable for smaller rooms if it is the only light source or a secondary source. I have three other light sources in my large room but for low light ambiance, this lamp is perfect!
