Il pacco mi è stato consegnato in tempi rapidissimi. Ottima grill, cuoce splendidamente ortaggi e carni anche molto spesse. Oltre tutto è molto elegante, ho preso quella gialla e resta gialla, senza rovinarsi anche nella cucina a gas.

Piastra eccezionale per cucinare la carne alla piastra come in una grigliata! Molto pesante , indistruttibile! Un consiglio: dopo averla usata per lavarla non usare detersivo ma solo, acqua calda e lo spazzolino apposito che rimuove la carne rimasta .

Solid made stove top grill pan
I needed a large stove top grill pan that had a flat bottom, there are so many out there that don't fit flush with a solid hotplate. This one fits the bill and a good price for a Le Creuset item Easy enough to use - it's a grill pan, and the non stick enamel cooking surface is very easy to clean, I just used a scrubby and warm water
