This is without a doubt a great product and it actually works. I have been supplementing my workouts for well over 15 years and was fortunate to go through the andro period. Since andros have been pulled from the market there has been really absolutely nothing that works to this extent. I have never used steroids and have always stuck to the over the counter market with mixed to slim results. I stumbled upon this on amazon, read the reviews, and researched the internet on this before I purchased it. I can say, 4 weeks in, and toward the end of my first bottle that I am seeing amazing results. My strength is jumping through the roof weekly, my workouts have become way more intense, and the lady is more than pleased in the bedroom. I have just made my second purchase of this product and will continue to use it. Now, not everything works for everyone so you will have some nay sayers out there, try it for yourself before you listen to nay sayers. I have recommended this to several of my friends that workout but did not do so until I saw what it was capable of. They are going to order this ASAP. People are starting to call me big guy again and people in the gym are starting to ask what I am taking again, that is a good feeling. One more thing - There is absolutely nothing that replaces a hard work, dedication, and a good clean diet. These are called "supplements" for a reason. There are no miracle drugs! But I can attest, based on the results that I am achieving, that this product will not let you down as long as you are willing to put in the work and the dedication.

TL;DR - My total Test. went from 400 to 750 (tested by doctor before AE3 & 3 weeks into AE3), would highly recommendend The lowdown: This is a very effective supplement in my experience. I got my testosterone checked by my doctor after having low T symptoms (fatigue, depression, low libido, insomnia, etc.), and confirmed total T was around 400. After 3 weeks of taking this supplement (paired with some extra stinging nettle root daily) I felt reinvigorated, slept better, more drive/energy through the day, actually felt like working out again, and MUCH higher libido. The doctor retested my T after 3 weeks and my total testosterone was around 750! Now, I honestly feel like I'm 20 again. My problem was that I had too much SHBG, my body couldn't effectively use the testosterone it was making. I'm 2 bottles in right now and ordering a 3rd, I HIGHLY recommended this supplement!

This seems to work just as well as what I was doing before, which was taking 3 separate supplements (Chrysin, Nettle Root extract, and Resveratrol) to accomplish the same thing. The price is better and its less pills to hassle with. I am still trying to find the best balance of supplements (also taking herbs like Tongat and Ashwaganda) but this is one I will continue to use in my rotation. My end goal point is to block estrogen, enhance free-Testoterone, eat right, work out, and lose weight and have more energy....This isn't a miracle pill but it will get you going in the right direction.

Maybe if this was buy 1 get 4 bottles free at this price. A prescription for anti-estrogen pills must better deal. ie. GoodRx $13 for 30 day supply of anti-estrogen pills

I highly recommend this product if your Testosterone levels are low(not on TRT) and you want to maximize/boost the amount of biologically/naturally available testosterone . OR...... if you are on TRT and want to decrease the amount of testosterone that gets converted to estrogen . Before I started taking AE-3 my lab results showed increased estradiol ( biologically available testosterone was being converted to estrogen). Against my doctors wishes I did my research on estrogen blockers and found AE-3 and started taking it and it definitely lowered my estradiol levels to a normal range. I am a 50 year old male struggling with all the issues that come with age. I am not a medical professional but I am scientifically educated and did my research to try and understand the delicate biological process and balance that has to be maintained for maximum absorption of free testosterone into the human cell. AE-3 has definitely provided support in that process. I started taking 5 months ago and I have definitely seen and felt the results .There are other estrogen blockers for less . But after doing my research I chose AE-3 and it has made a difference in all areas of my performance....... especially athletic and sex life. It goes without saying that this product is NOT a miracle "supplement"....... you still have to make sacrifices and maintain an active healthy lifestyle in order to achieve real results and reach your personal and health goals. You will be rewarded. This product is a critical part of that long term plan and I am seeing /feeling the results.

This product seems to work extremely well. It helps to ensure that elevated testosterone levels do not have the adverse effect of spiking estrogen in the body. I have been taking (with a legal prescription) testosterone for several months now, and have used AE-3 since about 2 months in. The difference was noticeable. I had more energy, was storing less fat, experienced higher libido - all of the expected effects of a product which is supposed to keep estrogen levels low. I do not have blood work evidence to support my experience, as I only got my blood hormone levels tested before my prescription and again six months afterwards. I do want to disclose that I was offered a free bottle of the product for reviewing it, but this has not informed my opinion of AE-3. In fact, if I didn't think that it worked, I wouldn't want a free bottle. I have bought nine bottles of AE-3 in the last 9 months, and will continue to purchase the product for the foreseeable future.
