XQD 2.0 USB 3.0 Card Reader, SupperSpeed Aluminum Alloy Flash Memory Card Reader for Sony G Series, Lexar USB Mark Card

Despite the number of people who had trouble with this, mine works fine every time I've used it (only about 30 times so far). It doesn't feel very reassuring when you insert the card (no nice spring-loaded mechanism, you just stick it in), but it works consistently, and when copying to an older (3 years) Dell desktop with a 1TB drive, it copies from the card to the disk at about 40-50 MB/sec. I wouldn't bang this thing around much, but for its price it's pretty great!

Just after a few times of use, something went wrong. It seems, one of the contacts is not solid, so that I have to use my thumb to press the card tightly against the card reader (even with a waggle) to maintain the connection. Since my Sony XQD card have no trouble working with my Nikon D850 camera, it should be reasonable to think the malfunction piece is the card reader.Update:In response to my direct contact with the supplier, AMALINK send me a replacement. It does not work AT ALL!!

Works like a champ! Cable is a little short but it's a fast, cheap and reliable XQD reader.

Does not stay connected. I have to hold it in place for awhile. It blinks in and out when I have it plugged in.

Not the fastest, not the cheapest, but works and was available much earlier than the competition was.

It's pretty straight forward, cheap reader that works well when it works. Had mine for about 4 months and it stopped working randomly after my computer lost power. You've spent the money on a card, spend it on a quality reader that will not fail you.

Works fast and does what it's supposed to do. Not much to say about it. Look Pretty?

It works and it was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon when I purchased. Can't speak to the speed as I'm never in some life or death situation where I really care when I'm going to upload photos.
