I love my robot vacuum! For several months, it worked perfectly. It then developed some kind of problem that could not be fixed. I contacted Bagotte support. They worked with me to try to fix the problem on my own and when it could not be fixed, they immediately agreed to send me a new robot vac. I am very pleased with both the suction of the vacuum and the quick customer service.

Quit working after a few months, but they sent me a new unit. A little slow to respond but the new unit is working fine.

This was to replace an irobot and I was nervous as this is an off brand. Would buy again for dog hair, men and muddy boots and very quiet

Doesn't work well with furry dogs.

The media could not be loaded.  It works well for the most part...It does like to switch to edge mode on its own while I have it on room mode. Doesn't matter if it's a narrow hallway or a wide open room, if it bumps into any edge (chair/table legs, couch edge, wall etc can all be pretty clear to each other) at all 3 or more times within a few seconds, it will turn to edge mode. I can understand this, but it doesn't return to edge mode and will sometimes do circles around the table legs.The video shows that it is secretly a vampire as well, haha. It is the only time I have ever seen it go backwards, when it enters light. When it bumps into an edge, it will just turn. I didn't even know it could go backwards 😂.*Overall, it is a good vacuum, if you have long hair and pets, be prepared to sit with it for a good 30 minutes to get the hair untangled from the roller and brushes after every other time you use it. (I use it once a week)**Oh! And the find home button is useless! I followed the suggestion of having at least 3 ft (Took it a step further and gave it 5ft) clearance on either side of home base and it still cannot find it. It gets close! One time it actually went right to it but turned, like it sensed an edge, and went right over it and continued to go astray.
