This is the best thing I’ve found for a migraine. It has 360 degrees of ice without sweating . Hope in too for hair if needed . It is a little snug which could be uncomfortable at times if you have a larger head, so deducting a star for that.

I bought this hat because of the constant headaches I had when I got home from work. I use to walk in the door to this nagging noise that just wouldn't go away. Now as soon as I put this hat on ever thing becomes calm and helps block out all the negitivity around me. I still don't talk to the wife but I can finally relax in peace when this hat goes on.

if you have a tiny head or you're looking for pressure, this might be a bit loose.I am extremely sensitive to pressure on my head, especially at the temples and crown of my head, and this product is perfect for me.my head is 22" around, for reference, and I'm at the smaller end of fitting for this ice hat.if you have a big noggin, it's designed so that the frozen packs are sewn separately into stretchy fabric, so it should adjust without putting pressure on the ice packs. note: of you do stretch it to fit a bigger head, there would be some 1/2-3/4 inch gap between ice packs (estimated). with my head being smaller, there's no gap between ice packs, which is a lot of coldit looks RIDICULOUS. there's no way I can think of to make this look subtle or cool. but that's not it's purpose.the fabric will pick up smells in your freezer, so I recommend putting it in a gallon ziplock bagif I could add anything to it, I would put super soft padding on the eyes, or like a layer of baby flannel, to help adjust how cold it is on my eyelids. but that's very minor and just an idea I had. I may simply sew something on the eye pads. my kids really wants to put googly eyes on the outside. we call it the squid.have already recommended this to friends with migraines

I bought this as an alternative to my black gel cap because I saw that this stays cold for a lot longer. However, it is really uncomfortable to sleep in. I get headaches daily, and like to take naps with these on after taking medicine, but with this one, I can’t. The pockets of gel are uncomfortable. It’s uncomfortably tight. Now. I like tight things when I have a migraine. The pressure feels nice on my head. But this is just too much. The tightness with the ice pockets is a bad combination.It also doesn’t block as much light as I would like it too.The last thing I don’t like is that it traps any food odor from the freezer in it. I can barely stand to wear it sometimes because it just picks up food smell. And I keep it in its own container in the freezer, and my freezer does not smell, but this thing does.The only pro I really have for this is that it holds the cold for longer. But I would find a different product if I were you.

I have migraines since 11 years old. And having this it’s a miracle. I am talking about it last longer then 3 hours cold on my head and I fell asleep with it, wake up all refreshed with no headache. It’s enough Comfortable to lay down with us and cover your eyes and that’s a big plus for me. Other ones I had doesn’t do nothing compared to this one. I am so impressed who made this it’s Genius!!!

I recently had brain radiation. This makes some areas of the brain swell and cause pain. This hat works miracles! I wear a light weight small towel underneath of it. I can sit in my chair and relax as the ice cap does its work! This would be great for migraines also!
