You can not go wrong
This is the BEST! YUM! My family loves cheese biscuits. Hubby takes the cheese and cuts the round in quarters and seals it in the air sealer bags. Lasts a long time, not that it needs to around here. It is so good!I went to buy another one and see the price increase. I thought $61 was high but it is very good, so I paid it. $69 may have me thinking I need to find another cheddar cheese. $14 a pound now...I'll have to give this some thought.

if you like cheddar cheese this is the product for you - sure it is 5 pounds but you can freeze some for later the taste is outstanding and if you bought the same product in a grocery store it would cost 3x as much wonderful product!!

Good flavor, good texture, not exactly what I would call "sharp."
This wheel fits nicely into my crisper bin, so I will not change it's texture by having to put it into the freezer.Not crumbly, so it cuts nicely with a sharp, narrow bladed knife.Definitely not what I would classify as SHARP cheddar.This is a very good buy for the money.From the picture, I didn't know whether I would get white cheese or orange cheese; I got orange.I suspect that the two colors in the image might be because their 5 lb. wheels may be made by more than one cheese factory.

This was for their FOOD STORAGE! It was supposed to last a few YEARS .
I bought this cheese because it was waxed sealed with the understanding that waxed sealed cheeses last anywhere from nine years or more. I’m disappointed I bought CHEESE for someone that only last MAYBE! a year!. I’m sad 😢 I didn’t have the money to spend this much in the first place. NO WOODEN BOX
