I really liked this headset as it has a great feature of noise cancellation, it suppresses the background noises. I find it very helpful when I do office meetings.

So I've been using these headphones awhile and they work perfectly. I work from home and and I have a 5 month old and 2 year old. I try to keep them quiet but when I can't, I haven't heard them in any of the voice-mails I leave. Soo it's definitely exactly what I need. They can't even hear me unless my mic is down and near my mouth..perfect buy !! Update 2nd pair gave out after a month...its great when they work. But it's not working or they gave me a defective return for new either way completely DISAPPOINTED!!! Edit currently 2023 on third pair ordering another via asurion. I ordered a Plantronics 5220 thinking I'd upgrade...nope it didn't work. Also own a logitech h390 which does not work. Soo far this $43 headset is the only one that's usb corded and works.

I turn one ear piece away so I can hear the other things going around me. I use now for online teaching. My students can’t hear background noise on my end. It keeps confidential meetings quiet, and allows me the chance to be fully engaged in the lessons or meetings. Hated need to buy but so glad I did

UPDATE: After about 6 months, the noise-cancelling feature on the microphone stopped working. I didn't realize it until a student pointed out that he could hear my kids playing in the background, so I am praying that it does not result in a bad review from a parent. One positive: Asurion claims were easy to work with, and will issue a reimbursement. Upgrading to a well-reviewed BlueParrott set. I returned several headsets before this one for failing to live up to their promise of background noise cancellation. I am a teacher for an online platform; a quiet classroom environment is very important for my students, but this can be a challenge if my kids wake up before my classes have ended. This headset has been a godsend! They can literally be playing next to me with no detectable sound on the class playback. THANK YOU for making a quality product that delivers on your promises!

The noise cancelation is outstanding. My husband, not realizing I was on a call, ran our tractor right outside my office window. No one on the call heard anything except the work conversation.
