Confusing !
The product manual is so confusing! The product received shows to use also for TDS checking. But so far not able to find it !!You need to be an expert to understand what it gives.. I need a customer care to contact me..

Can't trust it!
The package box has no mark for the model ( got the EZ-9909SP).1. It's CE marked but there's no certificate/DOC.2. Missing EC calibration solution 14133. No automatic temperature compensation.4. The manual is very confusing. General information only.5. The sensor is protected laterally only.6. Don't know if it has BEPS.. Battery error protection..7. The sealing gaskets were dry. Had to grease them.

Very poor display
I couldn’t understand any parameters from the display, the battery didn’t come with the product which i had to purchase separately and it is a special not the common battery type

The product was sent without batteries.
There is no battery on this product. you pay this much money, it is sent incomplete.And I needed it. I wanted to try but no battery.

Customer support is needed
The product looks professional, but manual is not there to tell about the proper measurements for the aquarium waterAs for the PH degree its excellent for the rest ambiguous.
