PVCL-FPC-100 No Glue Needed 1" PVC-Lock Flexible Push-On Coupling

First time using a push-on fitting product. So much easier and it results in immeadiate use of the irrigation system once installed. I had a broken line at a point where the line jogged up. The local hardware store was stock out of glued on flex connectors and none of the push-on connectors would work. They also didn’t have any 45 degree connectors. I found this on Amazon and had it shipped for next day delivery. It arrived on time. The only prep I did was cut the old pipe section off, sand the ends to remove burrs, and then clean the ends to be connected. The flex connector is not very “flexible”, but it had just enough give. I pushed on to one end and rotated until I felt it bottom out. Then I pushed it on to the other side and did the same. No leaks! Considering it took only 5 mins to do all of this one the part arrived I am extremely pleased.
