The bell is way too irritating. Not sure why you’d include it as you can just tap on your tank? Ruins the product. Will go in the bin.

My original plan was to use it as a muck stick, but it is also a good noise maker for tapping on tank. Bell sound can be heard by someone nearby, but not at distance.

This is a very useful tool for any dive. It’s great for getting the attention of other divers and pointing things out underwater without having to get your hands too close. The build quality is top-notch—I’ve used it for about three years now, and it still looks and functions like brand new. The rattle sound isn't extremely loud, but if fellow divers aren't too far away, they can easily hear it and look over. At times I do find myself shaking it hard and long to catch someone's attention, but that's more about their distance and other underwater distractions than the tool itself. It doesn't look like it will ever break, but I’d definitely buy it again if I ever lost it!
