It works as designed for the Cycle Satiator and batteries with 2.5mm connectors
There isn't much to say. Ensure you Cycle Satiator is setup properly for the Voltage of your battery and the Amp setting is within the battery's tolerance for charging and start charging.

May be a loose connection
They advertise that because the internal connector is spring loaded it will fit both 2.1 and 2.5mm center plugs. On my RAD Power bike battery, the spring wasn't stiff enough and the satiator charger would not recognize the battery was connected unless I physically pushed on the plug end. Once I let off, it would stop charging and say a battery wasn't connected. The OEM charger doesn't have this issue.

this connecteor does not work on my Lectric extended rage battery
the connector is the right size tube but doesn't sit in the hole properly to make a connection. This is NOT the right connector.
