Are the rollers washable?

Yes, I washed in dish detergent, wiped with a dry cloth and let dry over night. In good shape for the next use.

Do you think this could be used with body oil, which is thinner than lotion? Thx!

I have used 3 consistencies with this reacher- a medium thick lotion, a thick cream and an ointment containing medication. The lotion is the thinnest but has body. I put it on the reacher and quickly begin to apply it. With this it works well. I feel like an oil may be too thin. The roller is slightly absorbent but only enough to move the lotion around the back. I would say try it but if you only use oil, I don't think it would be as effective as with something more thick.

What's the best way to wash these are they OK to put in the washing machine

I wash mine in the sink with dish liquid. I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher, the heat would dry out the roller. It would not work in the washing machine, it is hard and has metal parts.

Dermatoligist said use CeraVe cream. will this work for creams?

Yes it does. And a little goes a long way I have noticed.
