This is an amazing product at an awesome price and the perfect way to easily secure your home. My kids (I have 3 left at home, all in high school) and I are constantly on the go and keeping my house secure has been an issue because kids tend to loose house keys or they bring the hide-a-key inside and forget to put it back. Someone was always calling because they were locked out if the house so I wanted a keyless door lock. I definitely got what I wanted plus so much more with this purchase. It's super easy to install, it's easy to use and program, and the app is very user friendly so controlling all lock and access options is simple. The finger print read works amazingly well too. Works with or without wifi. I love it! Highly recommend.

I think what I like the most about the digital door handle is One how easy it is to install and program. My I wife and I both prefer the thumbprint and the ability to unlock the door from another part of the house or another part of town are being able to give someone a code to get in. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I bought all Smonet locks for a rental unit I own, however, the mechanics of one of the locks failed (when you turn the handle, nothing else happens), the electronics portion seems to work well and thankfully connects well to my Google phone. It was an easy install and setup I originally thought, but since discovering a faulty lock handle, they have yet to work with me to get a replacement. Upon calling customer service for SMONET, they continued to promise that "someone from our tech team will be available today and will call you back." I was told this 6 times in a row over the course of several months. I was told since no one contacted me that they would send me a replacement, however, this still has not happened. Especially for the price of this lock, I assumed they would be more professional regarding product concerns. Still battling them for a replacement as my 1 year warranty is quickly approaching.

This lock was great untill the battery died now it wont do a pip and the people for service have vanished been calling two months with no result i need help from amazon

I love everything about this product. Smonet is the best. And customer service is second to none.
