Q: Do these block wind out well? Looking to buy a pair for high speed motorcycle riding

I don’t ride motorcycle but my leather (fake) came off. I would not recommend this the fake leather portion keeps breaking off. It’s not made sturdy it’s rather made very cheaply very flimsy and not holding up well. The sunglasses portion is good but everything else is not.

There redish looking there very nice

Q: Is it possible to buy two of the green as a two pack?

I am not sure, I haven't checked them out lately, but if the seller offers a two-pack deal, I don't see why not, you should be enabled to select the color that you want for each pair, I guess.

Q: Can the leather pieces on the sides be removed?

No, sorry there’s no way to remove them.
