Great smartphone and drone control/streaming option that will not break the bank.
Found this for a great deal when looking for a cheap smartphone to use with my drone. Was able to connect to my wifi very easily and at various other trusted wifi spots available. Phone works fine for my needs and transition was seamless from old Consumer Cellular phone into this unit. The first day I got it opened the box and let it charge with the provided charger overnight. Next day I simply pulled sim from previous phone, then separated the removable full size sim's exterior plastic border to make it a smaller smartphone compatible sim. After pushing in the ZTE mavens sim gently activating its eject function and pulling out the Maven's sim, I slid the sim from my old phone in. I then placed my old micro-SD card in, put the phones shell back on, and powered up. It was ready to immediately call and use as desired. (no need to contact customer service and do some time wasting process)Pros:1. Simple pull and place of sim from previous consumer cellular phone and ready to use.2. Able to find and download proper drone software to view streaming flight3. Quick access via top pull down menu to enable/disable: Location, Data, Sync, Hotspot, Powersaver, Airplane Mode, Dolby, Bluetooth, Auto Rotate, Wi-Fi, Speaker, Flashlight4. Long battery life I charged it 12/3/2016 and still as of this review 12/9/2016 have 38% life (FTR I have removed and/or disabled most applications/devices including Data, Location, Hotspots, Bluetooth)5. Easy to find accessories.6. If you want Uber and/or a variety of other apps there are many already installed.Cons:1. Answering is a little annoying as you have to slide rather than a simple answer/decline tap. (Pondering a handsfree Bluetooth device to hopefully make simple one button push)2. Because this is an AT&T go phone some software is cumbersome and unremovable most difficult/annoying is the contacts. It begins with annoying AT&T activation/sync messages, occasional freezing of this app for first few days, and continues with nuisance unwanted dialing when creating contacts coupled with the inability to remove speed dial contacts w/o removing the contact and re-entering it (which could be in part due to my lack of familiarity with their software). It seems now to be functioning smoother, albeit counter intuitive. I am sure there are several other apps I can replace this with if I do not become tolerant with AT&T's provided contact app.3. Again this may be on me since I prefer high security settings, but screen by default seems to power down way to fast, therefore requiring a button push, slide, pin entry, and a checkmark press on each occurrence. I will probably have to adjust the screens sleep setting to avoid this minor issue.4. When you set the item to show what text you are typing it shows your login pin as you type. Would've preferred it to do this post pin screen only.Overall quite content with the speed and functionality of this phone. I will likely be buying another as a gift for my special woman to upgrade her older & current flip phone.

So far this phone is performing better than the Samsung (Not Anymore)
I got this phone when my Galaxy S4 Active quit on me. So far this phone is performing better than the Samsung, with better battery life, and at a quarter of the cost! Phone does feel a little light and cheap, and it seems like the graphics on the phone aren't top notch.Overall very good quality phone for the price!Edit: After using this phone there are things that I do not like about it.1. It says 8gb memory but it seems that I am only accessing 4gb, less the software and uninstallable apps which literally takes up over 3gb. Leaving you with less than 1gb for any apps that will not successfully transfer to your memory card (sold separately). Now I have 16gb free on my microsd and can't download anything more than my essential banking apps + fb.2. Phone crashes A LOT. Especially if you want to use most of the memory for additional apps/games that can't go no the memory card. You will find your phone will not run the GPS or download incoming pictures if too overloaded.Other than that the phone is working as it should. I only keep one game on my phone to keep it running smoothish. It works for me now, I just had to adjust my phone use habbits. Needless to say I don't use my phone and social media as much as I used to with the Galaxy s4 Active. I will say the battery on this phone is killer, even considering the less usage.

More good than bad for a cheap phone.
Before I got this phone, I had a Nokia Lumia 520 for 3 years before it started having problems. This phone is definitely an upgrade from what I had! I am not a big Android user, but I love that I am now able to use so many more apps than I could with my Lumia. The dual cameras are pretty good for a $30 phone. There is not as many customizing options as I would like, but again it's a $30 phone, so can't expect too much. My only other complaint is that volume is low...like all around. I have it all the way up and can barely hear my text message notification (yes I tried many different sounds) unless it's dead silent, as well as if I am talking the phone, which for me can be problem as I have 2 children under 5, so silence is rare. Overall, this is a great phone for the price!

Great for the price
There has been little to no issue with this phone dropping calls or having poor sound or being overbearing slow or anything like that. I expected much less out of a phone this cheap. It has also stood up against DAILY use from a 5 year old (it is her phone...... lol) and occasional use from a 3 year old. I also got a screen protector and case for it though. But it is great for the money. It has been 5 months, still going strong. I thought some issues really would have presented themselves by now. Nope. Pretty happy! All apps seem to work great on it. Even video chatting, which I was nervous about since that was the main reason I purchased it. I have never had a phone this cheap function well with video chatting. It also has a crap ton of emojis and my $200+ phone has more issues and less emojis :(Overall great buy if you aren't too worried about having a small phone. But most definitely is worth the money!

ATT ZTE Maven
I just got this phone about a week ago. So far it's been what I need. I have a iPad for all online uses so I can't comment on that, but so far I haven't had any issues with the phones performance. I didn't care for the ringtones so I downloaded a few louder ones, no problem. The battery lasts better than most phones and I've had them all. I have no use for an iPhone since being retired recently I'm out of the business world and this phone does all the basics I need. For the younger people who seem to want this phone to be a high end phone, stop complaining and spend the money to get one. It's not an iPhone. I'm pleased with talk, text and keeping up with friends on Facebook and it does all that well. My phone was shipped fast, great seller, the phone is brand new, at a great price. That's all this old gal wanted. Very pleased and would buy from seller again.
