I immediately noticed a difference. I lost some flow through resistance across the filter, and I'm not feeling as bad in my lungs and sinus's. Not prefect but a much needed accessory.

I use it on the output port of the humidification tank of my Philips Respironics System One CPAP machine. Mainly purchased this product to filter the breathed-in air until I receive a new unit (CPAP machine) to replace the one that I currently own due to a recall of certain models.I will most likely use this in-line filter from this point forward as insurance to mitigate any particulate inhalation.

Attachment did not fit on both ends. Could not use.

This does NOT install *at the machine end* without an adapter.Whether/ how well this fits *on the mask end* will depend on your tubing and attachments.I have a Philips Dreamwear nasal mask. The quick release mechanism on the elbow that connects tube to mask assembly, stops this filter from fitting down all the way, and it doesn't feel particularly secure. I will put some plumber's tape in there to ensure against it getting tugged out by accident, until I can find an adapter so I can attach it at the machine port.It is too heavy to be practical when attached to the mask.I'm sure I can find an attachment... Given that, these are a good value.
