Q: Can someone tell what is needed for the electrical part ? There lots of converters or what ever but not sure what is needed.

Hi Olli.looks like you have a VW Touareg 2 (2007-2010) model.if that is the Case I would recomend either one of this 2 wiring kits.1)if you are not electrical savvy and just dont want to mess with splicing and routing cables, Go with the Tow Ready T-One Harness Code 118509 from Etrailer (if you google it you can find it cheaper than $77 in other place, but since Amazon is trying to help you, check them first)2)if you cheap and Handy like me, buy the Curt Wiring Kit Code 56146. I found it cheaper than $45 somewhere else, this worked great for me but took some time to install and some of the wires did not reached to their terminal points, so I had to add wiring, but is not hard, just time consuming.if this last one is your choice, make sure you install it in the rigth side (rear passenger), is best for placement and reach.I mounted and grounded the Curt module on the hitch itself, you can use self tapping screws.One more thing, if you gonna install the hitch yourself, before putting back the plastic cover, make sure it has clearance from the center, sometimes you need to cut a small piece in the center so it can fit perfectly and does not rattles after. you'll know what I am talking about when you push the plastic cover back in place, but don't force the cover back in or you will break the plastic latches.Hope this helps.

Q: Will this fit a 2008 Touareg (Touareg 2)?

I don’t know, my Touareg is 2012 so i’m not sure that the space and the way the hitch holds Up inside the bumper are the same

Q: Does it fit 2019 Porsche Cayenne S?

It’s is my understanding that the VW Touraeg (mine is a 2016) and the Cayenne are both built on the same frame and driveline. So yes, I believe it will fit both vehicles.

Q: where can i purchase the wiring harness to my Cayenne that my trailer plugs into?

Volkswagen part 7P1-055-203 was successfully installed and the trailer module programmed by my dealer on my 2015 cayenne diesel. Exactly the same but half the price of the Porsche part. Expect about $100 for programming
