I had my doubts, but ut works just as good as the real thing! The night I got it I made up a pipe to hang it from and put it in my raised bed and the next morning a little after daybreak I could hear the crows not a one in my cornday two theyvwere still in the trees but day three I could hear them off at a distance and day four quite and no crows! They have not returned. No corn pulled up and it's all growing! Money well spent works like a charm! Highly recommended!

The crows only stayed away for 2 days before returning to beat the crap out of the windows. We have tried window spikes, poles and then this crow- always the same thing. I finally ordered a solar powered motion detector deterrent and it is now day 4 with no crows beating on the windows. If you are looking for decor then I am sure you will be pleased with this fake crow. I have a crow that's been attacking my house. Keeps trying to break windows to get in. I've hung pictures of this in a couple of windows and it stopped the attacks. I have this item on my back deck and it stays clear of there altogether. Seems to work well.

Smaller than the other ones I previously ordered from other companies; however it was less expensive. Also this one requires you attach the eye hooks etc for hanging and once screwed into the styrofoam body they do not seem stable. Will not buy this one again.
