Superior Source No Shot B-12 Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg, 60 Ct

Very small, dissolves very quickly (under the tongue), almost no taste (but does not taste bad). I had another brand once, and it was much bigger and took a long time to dissolve.

Dr put me on 1,000mcg for b 12 and told me to get one that dissolved under tongue. I first bought Trader Joe’s Methylcobalamin B-12 of 1,000 mcg and gave it a good try for 3 weeks & it did nothing. I’m 75.I ordered Superior Source No Shot Methylcobalamin B-12 1,000 mcg and within 3 days of taking 1 a day I was no longer getting tired and sleepy in the evening, also after 2 weeks my dark spots on legs were all gone now and my pimples on face went away. Finally I found one that works. Nerves in my leg no longer hurt. Dr said I was very, very low in b12.

Test showed I was low on B12 so Dr said I should start taking a supplement. After researching what "type" of B12 was best I chose this one, The little tablet dissolves quickly under the tongue, so it's easy to take, and no taste. Only have been on it for a few months, Dr has not re-tested my levels so I cannot attest to that part just yet. I know it takes awhile for your levels to rise, so time will tell. (That's why I did four stars) They say you feel tired with low B12 but I felt fine, in fact I also have low iron, but even with that I still don't feel tired......what can I say...... :-)

I've been using this style of B12 1000 MCG for a few months now and I really like it because it's so easy to dissolve the little tiny pill under your tongue and be done with it. And it doesn't have a taste so there's nothing at all that I would complain about. And I think it's helping me so it's a win-win all around.

I can't use other forms of B12 as my body won't metholate it properly. This works great. My doctor has been pleased with my B12 levels since.It's sublingual so it dissolves under your tongue. There minimal to no taste for me. It's not gritty like some tablets that dissolve under the tongue.

Both of us take this and it seems to help with energy.
