It sounds like your power pack does not match your battery. In my opinion, if your power pack has a USB port, you could try this cable. But you are really on your own with this decision. Read the information in the description for any cable you are interested in or just buy the proper charger for your battery.

Good cord to charge your devices

There’s a piece for just about any device that you need to charge. You do need to have a wall piece because it’s only the USB cable and the multiple ports to connect. You CANNOT charge a laptop with this charger. Cable quality is thick so that’s also a plus.
