Why can't I make complete ice balls (half and half)?

Ice ball could be incomplete if the lid is not closed tightly during the process, you should hear a click if the lid and tray are closed seamlessly. In another senario, if you don't fill the water till the water line, 3/4 ice balls could also appear.

Why do ice balls sometimes have ice edges?

If too much water is added, the ice balls could be "linked" together after freezing, during the process, pour water up to the water line is enough.

How to clean these round ice cube trays?

Our ice trays are made of quality plastic, so it's not recommended to put them into your dishwasher (high temperature may cause deformation), please clean the ice trays with running water, and with detergent if necessary.

Do you like tiny ice? Because this is how you get tiny ice.

I added water. I put in the freezer. I waited a few hours. BAM! Tiny ice; fit for that mouse somebody gave a cookie to. And if you don't get that reference, don't tell me. I feel old enough as it is.
