This pillow does exactly what it says on the description. It feels nice and cool on the hot nights. It certainly keeps its shape, and it fits in pillow cases and looks lovely on the bed. The price was far less than I was expecting it to be for a special pillow.

My first pillow would not spring up even after leaving for the stated amount of time, eventually after around 72 hours of no use I emailed the seller who was very helpful and sent a replacement which was perfect, good comfy pillows and I would recommend these pillows.

I thought most pillows were similar but not this one. I can't believe how comfortable it is. It's soft and not too firm in my opinion and being memory foam it goes back to It's original shape. I've been using it for 5 nights now and my sleep has definitely improved. I'm considering buying these for family for Christmas.

I like a very firm pillow this is comfortable. Lovely on shoulder does what it says cool one side warm the other. Not as firm as what I like but my wife loves it.

My neck used to hurt every morning waking up on normal pillows and have always wanted to get a memory foam one but thought they re just so expensive for a pillow! So glad I did as my neck has not ached at all since using this pillow. Also it keeps its poofiness if that's a word!

This product was the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever used. I tried it and after less than 2 hrs I had to give up and revert to my old pillow. Not only was it too hard. it made my neck much more painful than it already was. Would not recommend

After unpacking, the pillow suffers from the same problem all memory foam products have: The smell. It took a couple days to vanish and wasn't overly offensive, so no negative points for that.That being said, the pillow is advertised for side sleepers, but is WAY too thin for that. I get a suitable head height (including the "give" of the head sinking into the foam) when I fold the pillow, but of course foam is rather stiff.I've used it for 3 weeks now, and short of buying a second one, it just doesn't work for me - I woke up yesterday with a painful neck. The softness is wonderful though, the "cool side" actually does feel cool and I would absolutely recommend it for front and back sleepers.
