Should I spend more money to post mail the buds at service center and wait for two months to get a response while also purchasing another buds for these two months gap... This is a detailed review of the product after using for over a week.Packaging: The Propods X arrived in a good solid package.First Impressions: The case itself is light in weight. There will be no issues in carrying it around. The matte finish on the product is to an extent immune to scratches. The Propods X fit perfectly in both the ears and will not fall out easily, provided the right ear tips are used, also provided in the box along with type c cable and manuals.Audio: The overall audio is quite decent with clear separation of frequencies BUT the bass is quite low. The claims of having mini-woofers and extra bass are not justified. However, using an equalizer to tune the earphones is recommended for the best music experience. Indoor calls have a good quality but there is echo heard on the other side which is very minor and barely noticeable, outdoor call quality is average and while driving the voice is not heard on the other side.Overall Audio- 4/5Bass- 2/5Calls-3/5Battery Life: The Propods X have an Above average battery life with about 6hrs of playtime on a single charge at 60% volume as opposed to 8hr claim by Boult. The charging case gets charged in an hr and can easily last for 2 days with moderate usage. The quick charge works fine in 10 mins I could get 1½ hrs of playtime.Other issues: Occasionally the left ear buds gets momentarily disconnected but re connects automatically. This is a bit disturbing.Overall these are a decent pair of wireless earphones for the given price range.

Nice product sound quality is not so much good, Bass is not good. Except that the charging, design & connection quality is good.

✓ Good sound quality.✓ comfort fit.x After continuous music of 4hr @45% volume it starts shouting low battery (8hr claimed by boult).x Total no. of charge cycles you get by the case is upto 3(4 cycles claimed by boult).x Charging case coming with less than 24hr battery backup(32hr claimed by boult).x Audio disturbence in between like disconnecting from right bud while listening to music in the ear which irritates me a lot.x Starts getting audio disturbence when you are not close less than 2m from the device that you have paired with(10M claimed by boult).

Very good product

The media could not be loaded. As I mentioned in heading, it's very poorly built headphone.In 1 week from buying, I could feel something wasn't right. When it connects to the device, the audio control wasn't that good.And in 3 weeks left side earphone stopped functioning.After I lodged complaint with them, they asked me to courier the product to them, which I did & then they shipped me back the faulty product.As soon as I received it, I tried to use it, but this time the charging box failed. The headphones were working all right but the charging case gave up.I complained again, and they wanted me to ship product again. Such a pathetic experience and I wished I never would have purchased this product.I have lodged a complaint in Customer forum and hope to get my refund for this product.Never buy BOULT. They don't care about customers. It's just a fancy, cheap company with LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS.
