Really like the machine. Very stylish in design and color scheme-black with silver highest. Brewing shot of espresso and steaming milk very easy. With slight issue with machine, was able to engage Customer Support to get resolution to the issue. Truly appreciate the professionalism of Customer Service Agents.

Hace mucho tiempo que quería comprar esta máquina y la verdad es que no me arrepiento de nada, funciona bien, muy cómoda, los materiales son de muy buena calidad, las bebidas quedan excelentes, por el precio la verdad es que es mejor que otras más caras que hay actualmente la verdad la recomiendo mucho!!!Gracias Seattle Coffee Gear✨💫

Great machine
Had a machine that stopped heating after 3 months. Customer support reached out and resolved my issue.

Does not Work
This is the second one this week I ordered because first one i returned. This one has same problem. Even after an hour now, the Orange heat indicator light goes on, then off, then on..The green light indicator never comes on at all. The pressure guage does not more either. Chatted with customer service, checked my order number and told me, "yes technician confirmed it's defective". Twice!

Great espresso machine
I received the Dilletta Bello as a gift and never been happier. The quality shots are great. You will soon realize your inner batista talent with this machine. I called the tech support about random things related to shots' quality and was given instructions and ideas that goes into making them. The company is Seattle Coffee Gear and I've watched just about every video they've made.
