I bought this lock in the winter during a sale. I have not used my bike yet so I just left it in the bag it came in. A couple weeks ago I ago I was getting my bike ready and the lock would not open despite the fact that I followed the instructions that came with it. I tried so many combos and it still wouldn’t open. I thought I was going to be out the money for it. I reached out to them via email that came with lock and they tried to help me get it open and it still wouldn’t open. They then offered to send a new one at no charge. It arrived and worked instantly. I am happy to say that this was a positive experience despite the fact I didn’t make sure it worked when I received it. Lesson I learned here, make sure you try it as soon as you receive it. I am very happy with this purchase and you will be too.

I bought this lock to use for my bike. bike. I was concerned it would be a complicated set of directions to set the number code. . I am thrilled to say, it was simple!!! The lock is a decent weight. Not super heavy nor lightweight. I think it’s an appropriate weight for a bike lock. It is easy to put the lock around different areas of my bike. It has good flexibility . I bought it so I could lock my bike up wherever I rode. Whether there was something I could attach it too, or so I could lock it to itself. It is long enough to do both without any difficulty. The color I chose was a blue color. That is only visible around the area of the number code. The rest is black/dark grey. This is a combination lock only, no key available. Having just purchased this lock,I can’t speak to its durability over time. It does have a thick plastic cover that goes over the length of the lock. I believe that will add to its durability. Overall, I am happy with this lock. A great value for the money. I was frustrated with the delivery time. When I decided to order it, it stated it would be delivered the following day. Well that did not happen. Then it was going to be delivered a day or 2 later. Still not delivered. It was frustrating being told it would be delivered on a certain day, only to have the delivery delayed yet again..It happened several times. I don’t know if that is the company’s fault for the several delays, or Amazon’s.. I assume it’s the company’s fault. That was the only issue I had .

This is an amazing bike lock. It is a great value for the money and cheaper than many competing brands while being just as superior if not more. The design is sleek and the black looks great. It is a great size - not too big and not too small. It is stretchy while still being secure and sturdy. It is stable and fits well on my kids bikes as well as my adult bike. My kids love cruising around on their bike knowing they can lock it up at any time. It gives me piece of mind because it is secure and keeps their bike from being stolen. It functions well and is a great addition to our lives. Buy this now, you won’t regret it!

This is an excellent, heavy duty bike lock. I ordered it and it arrived very quickly (I think the next day). It is a very thick and heavy duty cable. It is plenty long (79”) to protect your bike, scooter or anything else you need to secure. It has a five digit lock which makes it more secure. It comes with a mounting bracket for ease of use, can mount to a bike or scooter if desired. It is waterproof and for outdoor use. The lock is resettable and does not require a key. It has a sleek design that looks nice with any bike. It is black and I felt very easy to use .

Basically, I needed a new bike lock for my scooter. I was "borrowing" one but then they asked for it back, so I was stuck without a lock. After a quick search, this was perfect, and I ordered one. Now, this bike lock is really really good. It's robust, strong, it will probably scare off most people looking to take your bike or scooter. Now, obviously there's better options for locks, but for a place with less crime than average, this is perfect. PROS: - Very robust design. - Comes with a mount - high quality. Mount won't break. - Nice snapping sound when turning dial - this is useful because it automatically goes to the center of the number (if you've had a combination lock without this feature before you'll know why this is good). - EASY combo change - took like 10 seconds to figure out. CONS: - This isn't a very light lock - good for security but bad if you're trying to manually bike. - Dials are pretty easy to fumble with - I have big fingers so this might not be a big problem for you. Now, all that being said, if you need a bike lock, BUY THIS ONE. Don't waste your time looking all over the internet for something that's cheaper. Just get this one, and you won't have to worry about anything breaking. Everything you see in the description, it does PERFECTLY. It won't break.

My bike was stolen 2 weeks after I started using this lock. I'm not sure if it was just bad luck or if the lock wasn't strong enough to prevent theft

I received this bike lock and was looking forward to usi g it on my ebike. It's very study (would take massive bolt cutters to get it off) but it has 1 major flaw. There are only 2 words on the packaging that are in English. If there are instructions on how to set the combination, they myst be in whatever Asian language is on the back if the cardboard the lock was attached to. Any help on this would be appreciated.

After a few weeks of use, one day I tried to lock my scooter, and the pin didn't go all the way in immediately. I turned the wheel where the passcode is. When I realized it, I had put in the correct code, but it didn't work. So I tried couple times and didn't work by the end of the day I had to remove my scooter from the spot so I tried everything. Frustrated, I twisted the wheels, and with my bare hands, I was able to break the lock. I'm a normal guy, not super strong, so I realized if someone wants to rob my scooter, they could do it very easily.
