Very simple to use. For me, all I needed was for it to ring a bell in the caretaker's room and he is alerted. So, I press the little red button and the caretaker shows up at my disabled husband's room. Very simple to set up and use.

I bought this product last year for my grandmother and received a genuine product with proper packaging. It worked well. This year I ordered the same item again for someone else, but it arrived in a plain, unbranded box and looked different from the original. Because of this, I’m concerned the product may not be authentic. The price is also much lower than before, which adds to the concern. For a safety device meant for elderly users, this is worrying. Buyers should check the product carefully on delivery.

Design flaw : While sleeping in midnight yesterday, there was a power failure for few minutes and came back, this device gets calibration with a usual loud sound, which made us panic and run towards our mothers room to check her..30 minutes later we realised its a device calibration sound after a power failure. It took hours for us to get back to normal from the panic attack.. Hate that heartbeat raised situation for no reason... Not made for India where power fails frequently.

This is my second CallToU pager system, and that should tell you everything about how well it works. My mother suffered multiple strokes and is paralyzed, so having reliable communication is absolutely critical for us. If you are a caregiver living with someone who is capable of calling for help then this is an amazing tool. I'm definitely going to be using this long-term. My house is configured in a way that it's hard to hear people from other rooms and since the Alexa wasn't always working this call Bell is absolutely great. Works from quite a distance and it definitely wakes me up to help me help my dad. I can't speak to the battery life, but the connectivity and range are really great and you actually have a choice of ringtones which is kind of funny that I chose just the doorbell sound and it doesn't ring on and on forever it just rings three times and then if they press it again, it rings again so it's not obnoxious
